Driver Eligibility Policy:

 

​Driver 25+​

​

To qualify for vehicle hire under our insurance policy, all drivers must meet the following criteria:

  • Age: 25 years or older

  • Licence: Full, valid UK driving licence

  • Driving Experience: Held a full licence for at least 2 years

  • Driving Record: Clean licence with no major endorsements or disqualifications

  • Must provide valid photo ID and proof of address dated within the last 3 months (e.g. bank statement or utility bill).

  • DVLA Check Code

Drivers Under 25

​

  • May hire vans subject to an additional insurance surcharge per day.

  • Insurance excess is higher for under-25 drivers: per hire

  • Must have held a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months.

  • Must provide valid photo ID and proof of address dated within the last 3 months under the same name as the booking (e.g. bank statement or utility bill).

  • DVLA Check Code
