Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment - A valid driver’s license and proof of address are required for all rentals. - A deposit of £250 is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made before or on collection. - We accept credit & debit card payments. 2. Driver Requirements - Drivers must be at least 25 years old with a minimum of 2 years' driving experience. - A valid UK/EU driving license is required. Additional identification may be requested. 3. Collection & Return - Vans must be collected and returned within the agreed time/hire and location. - Late returns may be subject to additional charges. - The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at collection. 4. Insurance & Liability - Our vans are covered by comprehensive insurance (excess applies). - Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. - Additional collision damage waiver (CDW) options are available for extra protection. 5. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations made 48 hours before the booking will receive a full refund. - Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. - No-shows are non-refundable. 6. Prohibited Use - Vans must not be used for illegal activities, towing, or carrying hazardous materials. - Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the vehicle. - Any misuse may result in penalties and voided insurance coverage. 7. Breakdown & Assistance - In case of a breakdown, roadside assistance is available (details provided at rental). - Customers must notify us immediately if any issues arise.
